The National Association for the Education of Young Children1 (NAEYC) defines “early childhood” as occurring before the age of eight, and it is during this period that a child goes through the most rapid phase of growth and development. Their brains develop faster than at any other point in their lives, so these years are critical. The foundations for their social skills, self-esteem, perception of the world and moral outlook are established during these years, as well as the development of cognitive skills.

Early childhood is an essential stage of life in terms of a child 's physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. It is a time when children particularly need high quality and wide variety of learning experiences. When children are young, they are learning sponges. Every new experience, every word they learn, every behavior they adopt, is an investment in a more fruitful future.

The targeted education given in early childhood shapes foundation of the life and helps mental and academic development of child. Throughout the play and education, children learn social skills along with how to deal with others and identify their own talents.

What does a high quality targeted early childhood education look like? A high-quality early childhood education promotes an intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of young children in a safe environment where all children achieve their full potential and create healthy habits2

Early Childhood Education in RockStar Academy consists of Academic & Activity classes such as Gymnastics, Dance, Ballet, Swimming, Multi-Sports, Martial Arts, and Yoga.  Participation in Activity classes provides an opportunity to participate in many excited events through the year that help children to improve focus and confidence through the real performance experience.

RockStar ECE Academic classes are aligned with the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). NAEYC is a professional association from the USA that specializes in early childhood education & provides certification modules for teachers to keep their knowledge up to the highest standards.

RockStar ECE Academic classes curriculum covers all individual child’s needs in the five core areas of child development: Cognitive, Physical, Social/Emotional, Creative Expression and Language. Each Academic level provides curriculum-based workbook that guide student during the class as well as consists worksheets to be accomplished at home with easy instructions to parents. The enjoyable tasks are in line with Lesson Plan & become progressively more challenging to develop student’s sense of accomplishment. Considering the fact that children taught how to speak a second language during their early developmental years, obtain the complex of social, cognitive and memory advantages3, ECE classes andworkbooks are taught in English with Bahasa instructions where needed.

International evidence indicates that quality early childhood programs impact positively on children’s social and cognitive outcomes, are cost-effective, and yield improved educational performance for all children. Access to early childhood education can provide children with social and cognitive experiences that help them become independent and develop a positive attitude to learning. These skills help your child settle into primary school and drive their academic success4.

Early childhood education in RockStar Academy is about honing and molding the holistic child, which will eventually form the basis of their lifelong journey. While the basic educational benefits of preschool (such as literacy and numeracy) are tangible, the advances children achieve towards becoming well-rounded individuals are truly invaluable.

Don't let your child miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
