Job Description
• Manage Maintenance / repair of RockStar Academy Outlet facilities, infrastructure and equipment
• Diagnosis of technical problems and determining the right solution
• Troubleshoot, test, repair and repair technical equipment
• Work in flexible shifts and adapt as needed

Requirements:
• Experience in the field of Strong Current and Weak Current Electricity, AC, Panels, Generators, Plumbing, Civil, and building construction for at least 5 years
• English is a plus
• Education in Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Engineering or certification
• Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage student registration and data updates
  2. Manage and organize teams and stores
  3. Good leadership and communication with pupils and staff

Requirement:

  1. Experienced in Sales Marketing Leadership.
  2. Experience in the same field is preferred.
  3. English is prioritized
  4. D3/S1 takes precedence

A Training and Development Officer’s responsibilities:

  • Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate employees to provide parents/ members with a unique experience.
  • Making time to interact with parents/ members to hear feedback and build relationships to understand how team members can increase parent/ member satisfaction.
  • Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.
  • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
  • Working with Academy and Activity Managers to develop initiatives to reach service standards and drive continuous improvement in the parent/ member experience.
  • Compiling and presenting information.
  • Designing and assessing training programs.
  • Ensuring employees receive mandatory required training.
  • Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree discipline is acceptable.
  • Diploma / secondary education / equivalent.
  • Previous relevant experience in training and development, placements, directly approaching employers, voluntary work and job shadowing.

Job Description:

  1. Ensure that all staff at the gyms level carry out the work in accordance with SOP issued by RockStar Gym.
  2. Carry out the In Gym audit & CCTV audit for Operation, Activity and Maintenance team.
  3. Checking the gym facilities at each visit and report if it finds conditions that are not in accordance with company standards.
  4. Communicates the audit findings by reporting the result to the related department on the same day.
  5. Preparing a final report at the end of the month by sending to direct superior.
  6. Conducting a survey at the gym on each gym visit.

Job Requirement:

  1. Candidate must possess at least S1 in any field.
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
  3. Expert in computer skill (excellent in Ms. Excel)
  4. Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail
  5. A high standard of personal integrity, discretion and tact, maintaining confidentiality.

Perform data exploration, data cleaning, data imputation, and feature engineering on unstructured and structured data.

· Design, Develop and maintain report used for daily operation, management and analytics

· Build the infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from a wide variety of data sources.

· Develop and maintain all data flows and prepare all ETL processes according to business requirements and incorporate all business requirements into all design specifications

· Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes

· Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights

· Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability

· Document all test procedures for systems and processes

· Bachelor's degree from computer science or related fields, or equivalent software engineering experience.

  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL). Preferably on MS SQL
  • Advanced Knowledge in reporting service tools. Preferably Microsoft SSRS
  • Advanced Knowledge in ETL / data pipeline applications. Preferably Microsoft SSIS.
  • Experienced in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Have an understanding and experience regarding the reporting dashboard and data warehouse concepts

· Experienced in object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C#, C++,

· Proficiency in source control i.e., Git.

· Got 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering role.

· Familiar with Azure ETL product like Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure DeVos would be a great addition.

  • Monitor & maintain the computer systems, CCTV system, sound system, various hardware needed for operational, application and network
  • Install & configure computer systems, network and applications
  • Replace & repair of necessary parts
  • Diagnose Hardware and software problems, provide analysis and solutions.
  • Support the roll-out of new systems and applications
  • Monitoring and tuning system performance
  • Provide technical support to end users
  • Making documentation of works and systems.
  • Coordinate with third parties or other internal IT resources whenever necessary to solve technical, application, or network issues

 

  • Graduate from Information Technology or Computer Science major in computer reputable university
  • At least min 2 years of working in IT support and function
  • Experienced in handling MS. Windows Server
  • Experienced in handling MS Windows 10
  • Familiar with MS365 environment and apps
  • Having additional knowledge on Firewall, Anti-Virus and Linux would be advantages
  • Having positive mental attitude, self-driven, self-leaderships, result oriented & teachable
  • Having good interpersonal &  communication skill
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
