Gymnastics Testing

Gymnastics Testing aims to provide skills & techniques assessments and progress students to the next level in USA Gymnastics Program.

Gymnastics Testing is designed to provide competitive experiences for students & help them to become Life Champions. 

RockStar Academy Gymnastics Testing, conducted twice a year, is part of our commitment to facilitate Gymnastics students in progressing to higher levels and preparing for National & International competitions! RockStar Academy adopts USA Gymnastics Leveling Program, which is skills progression & competitive program, focuses on developing flexibility, strength, discipline, control, coordination, goal orientation, confidence, creativity, leadership, and positive self-esteem.
  • Upon completion of the testing, students receive a Gold or Silver or Bronze Medal, Score card with detailed skills evaluations and a Certificate based on the results.
  • Participants of Gymnastics Testing are evaluated by external Gymnastics Judges to ensure objective assessments.

Gymnastics Testing is conducted twice a year as followed

Gymnastics Testing Fall Term 2023

Student who have succesfully completed the test will be eligible to

  • Progress to the next level in Gymnastics program
  • Participate in various competitions internally and externally (based on recommendation)
