Parkour is a uniquely challenging class that incorporates Freestyle Movements!


Parkour Overview

  • Parkour practices traversing obstacles in a man-made or natural environment using running, vaulting, jumping, climbing, rolling, and other movements in order to travel from one point to another in the quickest and most efficient way possible. 
  • Parkour Classes are conducted in Gymnastics Studio with safety equipment and qualified teachers. You will develop skills, build confidence, meet new friends, learn to be a team player, achieve goals, and be well on your way to becoming a Life Champion!
