Parkour is a uniquely challenging class that incorporates Freestyle Movements!
Parkour Overview
Parkour practices traversing obstacles in a man-made or natural environment using running, vaulting, jumping, climbing, rolling, and other movements in order to travel from one point to another in the quickest and most efficient way possible.
Parkour Classes are conducted in Gymnastics Studio with safety equipment and qualified teachers. You will develop skills, build confidence, meet new friends, learn to be a team player, achieve goals, and be well on your way to becoming a Life Champion!

Parkour“Arnold”
History
Arnold graduated from the Gunadarma University (Major: Information Technology).
Arnold participated in Jamming National Parkour Indonesia in 2010 and in many Gymnastics workshops in Jakarta and Philippines.
Arnold has more than 10 years of experience in teaching Parkour, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, and Strength & Conditioning.
He was awarded as the Best Instructor in Rockstar Academy (2015).
