Henny has Diploma of Montessori Education from the Sunshine Teacher's Training.
She participated in the Domba Kecil Sunday School teacher's workshop, First Aid Kit Certification (Palang Merah Indonesia), and various choreographer dance workshops.
Henny is a Creative Director, Choreographer and Script writer for RockStar Academy's Annual Recital 2014-2019
Henny has developed the following RockStar Academy's programs: Baby Jam, Baby Dance, Move & Groove, & Multi-Sports.
Dilla graduated from Pendidikan Indonesia University (Major: Early Childhood Education).
She has successfully completed Certification course of Motor Skill Learning, accredited by International Organisation of Children's Active Play and Sports.
Dila participated in various workshops, such as: The Role and Challenges of Education in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, Building thematic learning towards independent learning on independent campuses and many more.
She has more than 5 years of experience in teaching children.
